Sunsphere Events by Venue Works  provides an elevated wedding weekend experience for couples looking to make unforgettable memories with their family and friends. 

Towering 24 stories high in East Tennessee's Downtown Knoxville sky, this iconic wedding venue offers breathtaking 360 panoramic views that include, Knoxville's downtown scene, our beloved Great Smoky Mountains, and the University of Tennessee Campus.

Using both our 6th and 8th floors, couples have the option of renting the space for their wedding ceremony only, wedding reception only or the full Icon wedding experience of ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. 

​

To help with your planning process, you will be directed to our in-house preferred caterer, Rosa's Catering and offered a list of our other suggested wedding professionals .

Pricing for venue rental starting at $3600 for 6th floor and $1800 for 8th floor. 

Knoxville Wedding Reception

Iconic Wedding Day- $8000

This ELEVATED wedding experience package includes both our 6th and 8th floors. You will share the night with  family and friends while having your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in Knoxville's most Iconic venue.

  • 8th floor bridal suite

  • venue rental

  • day of coordinator

  • facility representative

  • 60 inch guest tables - to seat up to 180

  • logistical set up tables

  • Chiavari chairs with black cushions,

  • 3 large TV screens

  • podium and microphone

  •  sheer white lighted  ceremony drape

  • 1 hour  rehearsal

  • 8 hours of event time

  • 30 mins. post event clean up

Gold Ball Reception- $5500

This ELEVATED wedding experience package is our 6th floor rental , complete with 360 panoramic views of Downtown Knoxville and the Great Smoky Mountains. You will share the night with family and friends while having your cocktail hour and reception in Knoxville's most Iconic venue.

This ELEVATED wedding experience package is on our 8th floor. The highest floor in Knoxville's Sunsphere is the perfect space for a night celebrating  with your closest  family and friends..
