Welcome to Sunsphere Event's exclusive New Year's Eve celebration! Take in the fireworks show from the best seat in town on the 6th floor, all while enjoying live music by Wasted Major, party swag, and a midnight toast to the upcoming year. Ticket prices include a delectable prime rib dinner, cash bar, champagne toast, and after-midnight breakfast served on the 8th floor. All food and bar services are provided by our exclusive in-house caterer, Rosa's Catering.

What's for dinner?

Starting with a freshly tossed iceberg salad, guests have the option of ranch, raspberry vinaigrette, or herb dressing. Chose amongst a variety of sides, including large stuffed potatoes, a medley of roasted vegetables, and soft dinner rolls. Complete your plate with either prime rib topped in ajus and horseradish, or Rosa's famous citrus chicken. Save room for desert with a sweet pie bar. Non-alcoholic beverages include sweet tea, lemonade, and water.

Load your plate up with a flaky biscuit bar, including buttermilk, cheddar, and sweet potato biscuits complemented by apple butter, honey, preserves, and butter topping. Enjoy classic fluffy scrambled eggs with a side of cheese and salsa. Complete the plate with a traditional side of bacon. Beverages include orange juice and water.
